LMO WOVEN T-SHIRT CHAIR

Material Story: LMO founder and artist Elise McMahon collaborated with textile artist and friend Francesca Capone to develop a unique weaving method which incorporates discarded novelty tshirts. Novelty t-shirts are thrown out by the millions each year in the US as a result of our production & consumption habits.  LMO has now developed the Woven T-shirt Chair as the cornerstone of a new line of products designed to consume this material in a beautiful and surprising way. Each chair holds what was previously 42 t- shirts, which then get cut , woven & stitched onto a tubular & caned chair frame. 

 Cost:  $2,400 per , can be discounted in batches & sold with trade discount of 15%

 Customization: Each piece is one of kind but can be made to desired colorways if applicable for your projects.
